%summary:	[In order to deploy IP traceback technology, confidentiality of
%communication must be attained while at the same time minimizing
%restrictions posed onto traceback algorithms.  This paper discusses
%packet digesting algorithms for interconnecting traceback algorithms,
%with some insights from cryptography.  As a result, we observe that
%1) not all traceback algorithms can be interconnected while attaining
%confidentiality, and 2) confidentiality can be maintained even with
%the presence of malicious neighboring domains.
